About Jan Wilson

I am a full time real estate agent who believes that good service is what sets on agent apart from another.  I do this by staying in touch with the client each step of the way.  I have been a resident of Nevada County since 1973 and graduated from Nevada Union High School in 1976. 

I received my real estate license 25 years ago in November and have worked at Rolling Hills Realty in Penn Valley, California for my entire career.  Rolling Hills Realty is the oldest active real estate office in Penn Valley and has been doing business locally since 1969.  For 13 out of the past 14 years, I have been the "top producing" agent at Rolling Hills Realty.  No other agent has accomplished this in the company's history.  The Nevada County Board of Realtors started a "Masters Club" approximately seven years ago.  This was created to recognize the top 5% of all agents in Nevada County.  To qualify each year, agents had to achieve a predetermined sales volume for that year.  I have been a charter member of the "Masters Club" since it's inception except for one year and have maintained membership.  I am a member of the Nevada County Association of Realtors and served as a past director of the board and a member of the Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors.
