In today's market, typically homes that have gone through the foreclosure process and are now owned by the lender are usually priced below the current market value in order to get them sold as soon as possible. Most lenders don't want to own homes. Each homes fair market value can be determined by doing a market analysis. I have done this type of analysis for my clients in the past to help them determine what is a fair price to offer on a specific property and I can do it for you on any of these listings.
